    * Each attendee will receive a printed copy of all materials provided virtually in order to have a reference tool.
    *Electronic materials may be placed on the KHAMP page of the Kentucky Rural Health Association, those materials will be at the discretion of the sponsor.
    * Letter for social media that briefly describes KHAMP with sponsor recognition.
    * Sponsor Theater - Virtual or In-person presentation of Product of Choice Patient Support Program (i.e. Nurse Ambassadors)
    * Sponsor Highlight Virtual or In-person presentation of 60-second Product of Choice commercial, which can also be placed on the association web page, as well as specifically the KHAMP portion of the website.
    * Virtual or In-person introduction & sharing of contact information of Sponsor * Representative(s) for attendees to request more information/follow-up appointment
    * KHAMP to provide precise registered & actual attendee list with name, contact info (email & practice location), profession/degree

Kentucky Hepatitis Academic Mentorship Program

"Virtual Training


KHAMP II Virtual is 1 session.  We will take roll at the beginning and and check for attendance throughout the event, in order to provide CME credit.  You will receive your certificate of attendance mail.  Please be sure to review and update your email if needed. We will physically mail your KHAMP II binder to you at the conclusion of the training, which will include all CME credit certificates.


NOTE:  This is mandatory training for providers that have attended KHAMP I.  If  you have a need for the initial training, please email krha@twc.com 

We will have sponsor highlights at break times, but it is not part of the CME portion of the training.  Also, during and after the program, the sponsors will have links for you to hear from their speakers (also not included with the CME portion).

Physician/Nursing Home Administrator:

The Southern Kentucky Area Health Education Center is accredited by the Kentucky Medical Association (KMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  The Southern Kentucky AHEC designates this live activity for a maximum of (five and .5 (5.5) credit) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).™   Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

PA/Nurse Practitioner: This program has been approved by the Southern KY AHEC for Category 1 credit.  Non-Physician attendance will be awarded.

KBN Approval: Rockcastle Regional Hospital, Inc. has been approved as a provider of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN).  Provider #4-0059-12-22-073.  Expiration Date: December 31, 2022. “Kentucky Board of Nursing approval of an individual nursing education program does not constitute endorsement of program content.” Total approved hours 6.6
